The following information is designed to promote the orderly sales of units at St. Davids Park

  • The owner or owner's agent must be present when a unit is being shown to a prospective purchaser
  • No real estate signs, flags, banners etc... may be displayed on the property, including lawns, walls or windows, except that an 'Open House Sign' may be displayed 30 minutes prior to the showing until immediately after the open house. The sign may only be displayed on the lawn area directly in front of the entrance to the unit being sold.
  • Lock boxes are not permitted. Keys may not be left in the office for the office representative to distribute to prospective buyers
  • A sales brochure may be placed on the office bulletin board for the duration of the listing with the agency
  • Brochures or other advertisements may not be posted in the building common areas
  • When the unit is placed under agreement of sale, you must request a resale package from
  • At closing, the buyer must pay a 'move in' fee of $250
  • The seller must certify the unit's hot water heater is less than 10 years old and been equipped with an 'automatic sensor and shut-off device"
